The situation
AWH Clinics runs an integrated wound-healing system under one umbrella — Punarnava for regenerative science, Padaraksha for preventive podiatry, Sri Krishna for advanced wound care. Their old website said none of that. It was years out of date, the team that built it had stopped answering, and there was nothing to hand over: no code, no access, no documentation.
They reached us the way most of our work arrives — a referral, in this case from our longest-running client.
The mission
Start over, properly. Before we drew a single screen we sat with the doctors — in person and on calls — until we could explain the clinic's mission back to them in their own words. Then we rebuilt the digital presence from zero: one design system for the umbrella and its three clinics, 37 pages, each written for either a patient or a referring doctor.
It took a serious number of design iterations, and the site needed every one — it had to match how the doctors see their own practice, not how we would decorate it. Through all of it we answered every call. When we could not act right away, we named a date and met it.
The clinic's own numbers
The medical outcomes belong to the clinic, not to us — and they are the reason the work matters: AWH's teams report over 3,000 limbs saved from amputation, and patients rate the practice 4.5 stars across hundreds of public reviews. Our job was an online presence that carries that record with the seriousness it deserves.
Ever since then
The engagement began as two website orders — this platform andDr. KVNN's personal portfolio. In June 2026 the clinic confirmed a third, for Padaraksha, and a fourth is planned. Nobody orders website number three from a vendor they regret. In orbit since 2025 under an annual maintenance contract: same engineer, same 24-hour reply.

- 01Takeover with no handoverThe previous team left no code, no access, no documentation. We rebuilt from zero and documented everything — nobody gets locked out of their own website again.
- 02Two-audience information designPatients need reassurance and directions; referring doctors need procedures and evidence. Every page declares its reader before its layout.
- 03Accessibility as policyA healthcare site serves the anxious, the elderly, and the one-handed phone user in a waiting room. Keyboard paths, contrast, and plain language throughout.
- 04Annual maintenance contractContent updates, seasonal campaigns, and monitoring handled by the engineer who built the platform — a named AMC, not ad-hoc favours.
This is the level of care your product gets.
