These terms cover your use of skyastrall.com and the starting point for working with SkyAstrall. Project engagements are governed by a signed proposal and agreement — this page is the public baseline.

The site

• The content here is provided in good faith and kept accurate — our performance claims are measured, published, and corrected in public on thetelemetry page when they slip.
• All design, code, copy, and imagery on this site belong to SkyAstrall unless credited otherwise. Our open-source work is licensed under its own terms on npm and GitHub.
• Case studies name client outcomes with permission. Clinical and business figures cited in client work belong to those clients and are presented as their reported results.

Engagements

• Scope and price are fixed in a written proposal before work begins.
• You own what you pay for. On full payment, the code and design produced for your project are yours.
• We stay accountable. Support terms — including our 24-hour reply commitment — are written into the agreement, not implied.
• Either side can walk. Cancellation terms, including payment for work completed, are part of every proposal.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, SkyAstrall is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website. For project work, liability terms are defined in the signed agreement.

Jurisdiction

SkyAstrall operates from Warangal, Telangana, India. These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Telangana courts.
